All items are sold by the Liverpool Medal Company on a 'first come, first served' basis. Payment must be made or sent upon confirmation of your order. Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure that our web site is updated on frequent basis, Please note that ordering though our web site is not a guarantee of sale, should the item have already been sold though other methods.

All items are sold as genuine and original unless otherwise stated. Any item subsequently proved to be fake, renamed or not entitled to bars supplied with the medal, may be returned and payment will be refunded or credited.

All prices include VAT, this is normally by special scheme or global as indicated on our invoices and is therefore not refundable on export. (Our VAT no. 325 9246 49)

Delivery Charges

All prices quoted (including totals) on our web site DO NOT include carriage. A charge for carriage will be added to the total of your order, which will vary depending on your chosen delivery option, the overall weight of the consigment and its destination. Here is a general summary of delivery charges:

* Please note that Federal Express do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Full street address required.

Despatch Times

Most orders are despatched within 1-4 days, however please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Payment

Paying for your order online though our web site is fully secure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and most other bankers debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept Diners or American Express at this time. Your card will only be charged at the time of despatch of your order. Please note that all card transactions are made in UK £ Sterling. If overseas please note that your card provider will convert the £ sterling amount into your own currency. UK personal cheques are acceptable, clearance may be required for new customers not known to us.

Due to the current banking situation our bank now charges us £10 for each incoming payment by Interbank Transfer( telgraphic), please add this amount to your payment, if making payment in Euros or US $ please add the equivalent amount. All payments over £1000 will be free of bank charges and will be paid by us.

Other Payment Methods

All other methods of payments including UK cheques and drafts should be payable to Liverpool Medal Company Ltd. Due to the cost and difficulty of US and Canadian customers obtaining Sterling drafts, we will accept dollar bank drafts or International Money Orders in US$; conversion charges of £7 and commission must be allowed for, please confirm correct full amount with us before sending payment.

Please Note: Non UK personal cheques will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Lay Away Plan

The Liverpool Medal Company offers its customers this easy payment option, where your order will be immediately secured upon receipt. Payment of your total is made over 3 equal installments. The first payment is taken at the time of order, and remaining 2 payments are taken each month thereafter. Your item(s) will be despatched to you when all payments have been made. Please note that if your payment is by credit / debit card, the same card will be charged for all payments. If you wish to pay by cheque, please ensure you mail us 3 post-dated cheques together with your order.
