British North Borneo Company Medal 1897-1916, clasp Rundum, Silver issue, stamped Copy on rim produced by Spink & Son.
The original issues of these medals were produced by Spink on behalf of the British North Borneo Company circa 1900, they later restruck the medals for sale to collectors, to distinguish them the S in “Son” of the below bust designers credit is struck out “Spink & *on Ltd”
A lot of these striking are relatively poorly made but this example is crisp with swivelling suspension and in very good condition.
