India General Service Medal 1936, bar N.W.F. 1937-39, 2324259 Signalman Arthur Albert Lock, “A” Corps Royal Signals.
Signalman Lock died during the campaign on 29th May 1939 and was buried at Murree, India.
Medal mint and unworn, in card box of issue.
With original issue letter accompanying the medal when it was sent during March 1943.
Burial records state that 24 year old fell to Acute Anterior Poliomyclitis, caused by the Polio Virus.
He was buried by Reverend Clement Augustine Gasking, the Chaplain of Murree on 30th May 1939.
