OBE O.B.E. Officer of the Order of the British Empire,1st type Breast Badge in Silver Gilt by Garrards, on Ladies Issue bow ribbon mounted for wear. Officially hallmarked on the low reverse arm with “SG” for Sebastian Garrard, London Hallmarks with date mark “C” for 1918 production.
