Description
Punjab medal, 2 bars, Goojerat, Chilianwala, 1045 Private Henry Creasy, 9th Lancers, who died shortly after the war on 3rd July 1849.
Some edge knocks, officially impressed: “H. Creasy, 9th Lancers.”
He was also previously present in the Sutlej War, earning the medal with reverse for Sobraon.
According to the medal roll, Private Creasy earned the medal and both bars for the battles of Chilianwala and Goojerat, a few months after the end of hostilities, he was discharged as dead on 3rd July 1849.
