Queen’s South Africa, no bar, Bronze for Indian non-combatants and followers, Scye in the Supply & Transport Corps.
Due to wear by recipient in combination with the original hand engraving in running script, it is hard to clearly read the edge inscription.
We are quite sure based on surviving readable lettering that the recipient is confirmed on the medal roll as:
“346 Syce Khadem, Supply & Transports Corps Secunderabad”
“46 Syce Khadem S&T” can be clearly deciphered and lines up with the roll entry.
