Well made for these medals with swivelling suspension etc.
The original issues of these medals were produced by Spink on behalf of the Royal Niger Company circa 1900, they later restruck the medals for sale to collectors, to distinguish them the S in “Son” of the below bust designers credit is struck out “Spink & *on Ltd”
