Medal engraved: “BUGLr D. ROBERTSON. P.A.V. GUARD.”
Mr D. Robertson is confirmed on the medal roll for the medal and clasp for Basutoland, he is noted on the roll with rank of “Private” however.
The Basutoland Clasp was awarded to those who took part in the “Basuto Gun War” between 13th September 1880 to 25th April 1881.
