Claw possibly refitted

 

Continued his service in India to fight during the Indian Mutiny, taking part in the Siege of Delhi, he died on 1st September 1857, whilst the British besieged the City, it was relieved by the 21st September.

 

The Indian Mutiny Medal, bar Delhi was issued and recently appeared for sale having been sold by “Medals of England”, so a reunite is possible.
