Awarded to members of the Singapore Armed Forces who shared in ‘Operation Flying Eagle’, the relief operations following the devastating 26 December 2004 Tsunami the Notorious and deadly Indian Ocean Tsunami and conferred upon volunteers or member of the Singapore Armed Forces in recognition of aid during the Tsunami Relief Operation between December 25, 2004 and February 25, 2005.
