Tsunami Relief Operation Medal 2004, named to LCP Charles Alvin, superb quality in silver with matching miniature and ribbon bar, in embossed case and box of issue by Eng Leong Medallic, awarded for the Notorious and deadly Indian Ocean Tsunami and conferred upon volunteers or member of the Singapore Armed Forces in recognition of aid during the Tsunami Relief Operation between December 25, 2004 and February 25, 2005.
