Dark toned having seen little wearing.
A later roll written during 1907, notes entitlement to the two dated clasps “SA 1901” & “SA 1902” which were sent separately, as he did not earn the King’s South Africa Medal.
The rolls note that Trooper Seymour, later a Lance Corporal, by the time of the 1907 Roll, served in the Midland Mounted Rifles from 15th August 1901 until 15th February 1902.
